1. Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit.

Note: 

i) Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Sera-Nata Superior Suites" reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.

ii) The deposit must be received by "Sera-Nata Superior Suites" no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department.

iii) Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “Sera-Nata Superior Suites" reservations by email.

2. Balance of Deposit.

We prefer the  payoff amount to be paid on arrivals day.

Note: Bank transfer fees are charged to the customer.

3. Refunds

For a booking cancellation, a refund of the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

0% cancellation fee:
Full refund – When booking cancellation is made with a minimum of 30 days notice (prior to the check-in date) given to “Sera-Nata Superior Suites" reservation’s department.

Note: 
i) 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
ii) Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

50% cancellation fee:
A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made between 21 and 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Note: 
i) 50% of the deposit is refunded.
ii) Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

100% cancellation fee:
A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check in.

Note: The deposit is non-refundable.

4. Pre-Term Departures:

there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov. Gaz. 167A).

5. Accommodation price for a guest not considered in booking offer, is +20% in the agreed daily actual price.
